Aileen M. Acker, 69, of Sanford, died peacefully at home Tuesday February 27, 2024, with her family by her side. She was born in Midland December 23, 1954 the daughter of the late Paul & Alta (Methner) Gross.
Aileen was a Mary Kay consultant for 47 years. She served as a Reverend at the Cleft of the Rock Family Church for 34 years. She loved to attend to her flower garden, serve at her church, and spend time with family.
Survivors include her children: Anne & Chad Roberts of Hammonton, NJ, Sarah & Paul Clarke of Midland, Michael & Keshia Acker of Grand Blanc, William Acker of Philadelphia, PA, 5 grandchildren: Travis, Peyton, Isabel, Allison, Landon, siblings: Phillip Gross of Corunna, Laura Dana of Coleman, Tim & Emily Gross of Midland, nieces and nephews. Aileen was also preceded in death by her grandson Paul R. Clarke, Jr. and brother-in-law Roger Dana.
Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be held Friday, March 1, 2024, at 3pm at the Cleft of the Rock Family Church, Sanford, with Rev. Linda Carsten and Rev. James Applegate officiating. Friends may call at the church on Friday, March 1 starting at 2pm until the time of services. Burial will take place in the Warren Township Cemetery, Coleman.
