Richard L. Lennox, 58, of Clare died at home Monday March 25, 2024, with his family by his side. He was born November 4, 1965 in Clare the son of the late Otis & Pearl (Mitchell) Lennox.
Richard married his wife Jennie October 27, 2007 in Coleman. He had been employed at Home Depot in Mt. Pleasant for 22 years. Richard enjoyed classic cars and trucks and working on them.
Survivors include his wife Jennie of Clare, son Mitchell of Clare, step-daughters Jessica Reger & Garret of Commerce Township, Cristina Reger of Clare, siblings: Ronald Lennox of Clarkston, Robert Lennox of Clare, Linda Haggart of Coleman, Carol Chandel of Tennessee, Roger & Diane Lennox of Coleman, several nieces and nephews. Richard was also preceded in death by step-daughter Colleena Reger, father-in-law Michael Giester, Sr., sister-in-law Phyllis Lennox, brothers-in-law Marland Haggart and Dr. Mike Chandel.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Thursday March 28, 2024 at the O’Laughlin Funeral Home, Inc. with Rev. Scott Hayes officiating. Burial will take place in the Warren Township Cemetery, Coleman. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm and on Thursday starting at 10 am until the time of services. Memorials may be directed to My Michigan Home Care/Hospice or the Pardee Cancer Treatment Fund.
