​Viva P. Williams, 99, of Coleman died Tuesday March 12, 2024 at Carriage House Nursing and Rehab in Bay City.  She was born November 15, 1924 in St. George, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Earl & Elva (Jennings) Fike.
 
Viva P. Fike married Hoy L. Williams April 27m 1941 in Oakland, Maryland.  He preceded her in death April 1, 1999.  Her great love was being a mother to 3 generations of her family, including raising her great-grandchild, Scott MacDonald, Jr. 
 
Survivors include her daughter Charlotte Ann Holton of Loomis, 7 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, several great-great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.  She was also preceded in death by her daughter Sylva Jean Williams, son Richard Williams, sisters Elsie Nestor, Naomi Chupp, Louella Fike, brothers: Herley, Emerson, Lester, Carl and Harold Fike. 
 
Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Friday March 15, 2024 at O’Laughlin Funeral Home, Inc. with Rev. Scott Hayes officiating.  Burial will take place in the Warren Township Cemetery, Coleman.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday starting at    10 am until the time of services.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Pardee Cancer Treatment Fund or the Coleman Senior Center.
